In accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019 the following are permitted payments for AST tenancies:

- Rent
- A capped refundable Holding Deposit of one weeks rent (payable to secure a property)
- A capped Tenancy Deposit (up the 5 weeks rent), payable at the commencement of the tenancy
- Payments in the event of a default as noted in your tenancy agreement
- Payment in the event of loss of keys (cost of keys and/or fuel to collect and drop off keys)
- Payment of £50 on a variation or change of a tenancy
- Payment on termination (surrender) of a tenancy
- Payment in respect of Council Tax, utilities (gas or other fuel, electricity, water or sewage, television license and communication services), where applicable

Late Rent will be charged at 3.75%

* Please note that the landlord is also able to request charges for cleaning and damages, should the property not be handed back at the end of the tenancy as it was on the move in day. These would be agreed with the tenant on the final check out or costs emailed over for agreement.
