CHECK OUT SERVICE - £150.00 plus VAT

This service is an “add on” service for Landlords outside of the managed or Introductory service who require a “one off service”.  This is often used in conjunction with the Check in Service for continuity.

• Contacting the tenants with a detailed check out specification
• Preparation of a check out report noting details of any issues found
• Arrangement of a set of digital photographs (if applicable for evidence)
• Collection of keys and forwarding addresses
• Final meter readings taken
• Compiled report forwarded on to you for bond distribution/refund
