CHECK IN SERVICE - £150.00 PLUS VAT
This service is an add on service for Landlords outside of the managed or Introductory service who require a “one off service”:
- Preparation of a checklist with digital photographs of the property
- Meeting the tenants at the property on the move in date and conducting the alarm checks, key handover, advising on meter locations and the location emergency shut off valves.
- Taking meter readings for gas and electricity
- Notifying the utility Companies on your behalf of the changeover (Council Tax, Gas, Water and electric), where applicable
* Please note that we would require copies of the gas Safety Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates, PAT test and electrical certificates where applicable. If the property is a licenced HMO, we will advise on what other documents are required in addition to the above. These must be provided to us before the move in. Should you wish for us to provide a tenancy agreement alongside this service if not already done so, there will be an extra fee of £50.00 plus VAT
